We were thrilled to visit Serea Coastal Cusisine, the newest waterfront restaurant at the famed Hotel del Coronado, and to see Tesselle's white and gold solid color cement tiles, chosen from our palette of over 100 colors, installed in their outdoor patio dining and bar areas of the restaurant. Described as a high-end, casual, fun bistro, this one-of-a-kind restaurant delivers on both atmosphere and delicious fare.
According to San Diego Magazine, Serea is the STAR of the $200 million dollar redo at the Del, and at Tesselle, we are so proud to have been chosen for this project.

At Tesselle, we worked with the hotel personnel, the interior design team, the landscape architects, the installation team and our factory engineers to develop the perfect sanded finish that increases coefficient of friction (i.e., reduces slipperiness) while still standing up to the to the harsh outdoor elements and normal restaurant challenges such as spills, heavy foot traffic and constant furniture movement.
