Last night, Tesselle had the immense honor of sponsoring a standing-room-only lecture entitiled Midcentury Fashion, Then and Now presented by none other than the iconic Trina Turk in Palm Desert, CA.
As the reigning queen of Palm Springs fashion for the past 25 years, Trina mesmerized the audience with her deep insights and passion for the era.
Hosted in collaboration between the Palm Springs Modern Committee and the University of California Riverside Osher Program, this event was an absolute must-see for modernism enthusiasts. Decked out in a stunning vintage Pucci dress, Trina led us on a captivating journey through her favorite fashion and textile designers spanning the 1940s to the 1970s, revealing how their legacy continues to inspire her contemporary designs.
At the event, Tesselle set up a table in the bustling lobby, showcasing a curated selection of our exquisite breeze blocks and cement tiles. It was the perfect opportunity for attendees to get up close and personal with our stunning designs, experiencing firsthand the intricate craftsmanship and timeless elegance that define Tesselle.
And as if the evening couldn't get any more fabulous, our very own Karin indulged in the ultimate excuse to splurge: a new dress from the Trina Turk store in Palm Desert!
And stay tuned - Trina Turk just signed a licensing agreement with Tesselle, so this was just the beginning of a blossoming collaboration!
