When we launched Customer Reviews on our website back in April, we did what any small but mighty business would do. We hit the button, held our breath, and waited to find out what our customers really think. Well, the audience talked. And they were kind. Very kind. As of today, Tesselle is holding a 4.9 out of 5 rating.
Even better, many customers added photos of their tile and breeze block installations. We absolutely love seeing those. Every project is unique, and being able to see our products living their best lives in kitchens, patios, pools, facades, showers, and commercial spaces is a genuine joy.
To celebrate all this new feedback, we downloaded every written comment and fed the whole batch into a word cloud generator. The result was a swirling universe of customer vocabulary. Front and center were words like beautiful, quality, great, service, modern, project, love, tiles, breeze, and of course Tesselle.
We also noticed plenty of words that reflect the experience beyond the product itself. Terms like support, ordering, delivery, and team warmed our hearts. It tells us people notice the human side of what we do, and that matters a lot to us.
Seeing this word cloud was equal parts heartwarming, energizing, and validating. Mostly, it reminded us that our customers are thoughtful, creative, and incredibly generous with their feedback.
