Terms of Sale
Cement tiles show variation in color and design and will not be identical from piece to piece. This is a result to the hand-made process and the nature of cement, and considered a part of their natural beauty. Mixing tiles from different boxes during installation is suggested to produce even variation across the surface.
We recommend ordering 10% more than your actual square footage to ensure that your installation can be completed with tiles from the same lot and to ensure the best color match and to avoid the shipment of additional tiles, which is costly.
Accurate lead times can only be quoted once an order and payment is received.
Production will normally begin immediately after the order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
All shipments are insured with the freight carrier, and we will work to resolve any issues related to freight damage.
We do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, damaged, or incorrect. The customer is responsible for the inspection of all material when received. External damage to the cases must be noted, photos must be provided, and the damage reported to us immediately. Where a product return or refund is arranged, only product cost will be covered.
Tiles are not returnable except for defect. Some colors will gently fade over time; direct sunlight will accelerate this process. This will add to the natural beauty of the tiles. Tiles must be sealed prior to grouting. Tiles may crack if installed in an environment that will experience temperatures below 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Production deliveries will be made on pallets, and will be delivered at the closest point possible to the delivery address. Please inform us if delivery is not being made to a dock, and we will request a lift gate. Tiles will be in small boxes that weigh approximately 30 lbs each for easy break-down. Customer must be present at time of delivery, please inform us if you want the shipping company to schedule an appointment.
